SHOP GUIDELINES

1. Payment

  • We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards.

2. Shipping/Production/Packaging for orders within the USA

  • For All Prints, Shipping & Handling rates are calculated at checkout (before you pay) based on your address, size of prints chosen and shipping method
  • Production time of prints is approximately 7-15 days.
  • Please allow roughly two-three weeks for your print to be created, packaged, and shipped to you.
  • All orders are shipped via FedEx.
  • Please be sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. We are also not responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the order if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address given during checkout.
  • Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email letting you know your package is on its way. Though we don’t expect it to happen, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • For Original Paintings and Commissions please send us your shipping address for a shipping quote. Shipping will be charged separately.

3.International Orders and Shipping

  • We custom ship international orders depending on your location. So please write to me here for the details of shipping cost, production time and transit time. Do mention the name and size of the print you are interested in.
  • On international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/tariff/import taxes that may apply on shipments. SHAKTIKALAYA is not responsible for this.
  • For Original Paintings and Custom Commissions please send us your shipping address for a shipping quote. Shipping will be charged separately.

4.Print Details

  • The prints are produced on premium archival, heavyweight fine art matte/metallic paper using high quality archival inks that allows for a stunning depth of color and image sharpness while preserving the touch and feel of premium fine art paper.
  • All prints include a 1” white border around the image to allow for future framing and matting if desired (Image size + 1” border)
  • The listed dimensions refer to print-image size. In order to preserve the integrity of the original art-work, some of the print sizes listed are non-standard.

5.Refund

  • All prints are printed on demand for each order, hence each order is final and non-refundable.
